Healthcare Plan
The documentation required for admission to the Community includes a medical report, current therapies, health insurance card, and previous clinical records, together with a wide range of mandatory diagnostic tests (blood/biochemistry, infectious disease screening, and instrumental tests). Specific assessments are предусмотр for HIV-positive patients, and admission is also possible for those taking methadone or Suboxone, with a tapering plan agreed upon in advance.
Trial Contract
The Trial Therapeutic Contract of the “La Tempesta” Community defines an initial observation period lasting 3–6 months, during which the user’s suitability to undertake a residential therapeutic treatment is assessed.
Final Contract
The therapeutic contract between the patient, the family contact person, and the Community sets out a programme lasting between 18 and 24 months, consisting of residential treatment (psychotherapeutic, educational, and practical activities) and the parallel involvement of the contact person in family-processing sessions. Both parties undertake to comply with the internal regulations, while the costs are borne by the Ser.T.
Service Charter
t is the transparency pact between the Community, the service users, and the public services, ensuring clarity regarding objectives, quality standards, and beneficiaries’ rights.
The Service Charter describes the internal organisation, the therapeutic and educational activities, and the procedures for admission and discharge. It represents a guidance and protection tool, in accordance with regional and national guidelines for social and health services.
